Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply is seeking a Sr. Talent Specialist to support recruitment initiatives, manage HR records, payroll administration, and employee relations at the Lubbock DC.

You will partner with the Regional Talent Leader to drive talent strategy and a culture of care, safety and excellence across the facility. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3 years HR experience, including distribution/manufacturing exposure, with strong English communication and change management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3 years of HR-related experience, including at least 1 year in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of general HR policies, procedures, and practices.
• Ability to build relationships and influence across multiple operations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, including overnight trips.
• Experience with investigations (accidents, harassment) is a plus.
• Experience recruiting and developing a strong, diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Support Recruitment initiatives to staff DC operations, including coordinating interview logistics and forecasted requirements.
• Oversee records management in HR system for all staff, analyze data for KPIs and provide insights.
• Drive employee engagement across departments and develop initiatives reflecting Chick-fil-A Supply values.
• Advise leaders on employment law, performance management, policies (FMLA, ADA, workers' comp).
• Oversee payroll administration for the DC and resolve issues for staff and leaders.
• Maintain awareness of market-driven compensation trends.
• Coordinate training sessions and seminars with Talent Leader and Legal for compliance.
• Collaborate with Talent Leader and leadership to drive talent strategy and culture.
