Job summary

Reworld Projects, LLC is seeking an HR Generalist to join the East Region HR Team, supporting leaders and employees at Bristol & SECON, CT facilities. The role includes employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, workforce planning, policy administration, and training.

Travel of 25–35% is expected. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (HR preferred).
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or multi-site environment.
• Experience with recruiting, workforce planning, performance management, and talent development.
• HRIS experience; Workday or UKG experience a plus.
• Strong employee relations and knowledge of employment/labor law.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR business partner to regional leaders, facility managers, and employees on HR matters.
• Coach leaders on employee relations, performance, policy, investigations, and workplace concerns.
• Attend career fairs to source talent with DEI focus; support diversity recruitment efforts.
• Handle onboarding, orientations, exit interviews, and maintain HRIS data accuracy.
• Leverage HR data and metrics to identify opportunities and advise leadership.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, recruiting, retention, and talent development.
• Lead recruitment strategies and partnerships with external talent sources.
• Support performance management, compensation, and compliance processes.
• Support development of employees and strengthen organizational talent.
• Communicate and implement HR policies and programs.
