IMS Gear is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to partner with employees and leaders across the organization while supporting recruiting, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and HR programs that drive business success.

You will lead employee relations, manage full-cycle recruiting, support payroll and benefits, coach on performance, and collaborate with global HR teams on strategic initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a trusted HR partner for employees and managers.
• Lead employee relations efforts, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
• Support payroll, benefits administration, and leave management (FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation).
• Coach leaders on performance management, employee development, and corrective action processes.
• Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
• Maintain HRIS records and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Create HR reports and analyze workforce trends and metrics.
• Support training and development programs.
• Partner with local and international HR teams on strategic initiatives
