Job summary

IGS Energy is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with the C&I business unit to attract, develop and retain talent. You will drive talent acquisition initiatives, interview entry-level candidates, support onboarding and help build career paths.

As a trusted HR partner, you will advise on performance, engagement and organizational effectiveness across the employee lifecycle, collaborating with HR leadership and the broader team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• 2–4 years progressive HR experience, ideally as an HR Generalist.
• Experience supporting recruiting and employee development initiatives.
• Experience managing employee relations and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition initiatives for C&I, partnering with leaders and the TA team.
• Interview entry-level candidates, assess qualifications and provide hiring recommendations.
• Support early-career recruiting incl. internships and campus programs.
• Develop career pathing frameworks and coach managers on performance.
• Lead onboarding enhancements and gather feedback to improve the employee experience.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, organizational effectiveness and policy adherence.
• Partner with HR leadership on workforce planning and organizational changes.
