Job summary

CHT USA Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to shape our culture, ensure HR compliance, and balance business and employee needs in a manufacturing setting.

We offer competitive benefits starting day 31 and a 401(k) plan with a 3% company contribution after three months. You’ll handle recruitment collaboration, benefits processing, payroll accuracy, attendance and leave tracking, onboarding/offboarding, performance reviews, and HRIS updates while ensuring compliance with employment laws

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of HR experience in manufacturing is required.
• SHRM-CP Certification is a plus and familiarity with ADP WFN and Workday is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on workforce planning and recruitment.
• Manage benefits processing and payroll accuracy.
• Oversee attendance, leave tracking, and injury reporting.
• Facilitate onboarding/offboarding and performance reviews.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and manage HRIS updates.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain HR files.
