Job summary

LM Manufacturing seeks an HR Generalist to support staffing, benefits, compensation, employee relations, and training under the Human Resources Manager. You will help create a positive employee relations environment and lead by example with a focus on the 5 C’s: Care, Commit, Connect, Communicate, Celebrate.

Responsibilities include administering benefits, processing leaves, onboarding, HRIS maintenance, safety compliance, and partnering with management to improve productivity and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum three years of HR experience with increasing responsibility.
• Bilingual is a plus (Spanish/English).

Responsibilities

• Administers and coordinates benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement).
• Assists with staffing including PARs/RAs, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Maintains HRIS records and reports; handles leaves, COBRA, and unemployment claims.
• Performs employee relations investigations and coaches management on performance issues.
• Ensures compliance with federal/state laws and company policies; supports safety and training initiatives.
