The HR Generalist will support the North American team with HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and benefits. Candidates should have 5-7 years of HR experience, preferably in consulting, and knowledge of U.S. and Canadian practices. The position offers a salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 with benefits including 401(k) contributions and flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of U.S. and/or Canadian employment practices.
• Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience supporting multi-location or remote teams.
