Job summary

Community Care seeks an HR Generalist to support employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, benefits administration and HR operations in a hybrid role in Latham, NY.

You will collaborate with leaders to uphold compliant HR practices, maintain confidential records, and contribute to a positive workplace culture, with a salary range of $75,000–$85,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• At least 3 years of HR experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and compliant processes.
• Excellent communication, multi-tasking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support employee relations, recruitment, onboarding and lifecycle HR processes.
• Coordinate onboarding, training and performance reviews.
• Administer leave programs and benefits administration.
• Maintain accurate HR data in the HRIS with confidentiality.
• Partner with managers to implement compliant HR practices.
