Job summary

Duration is 6 months with high extension potential; schedule Mon-Fri 11am-8pm; pay $23–$26.15/hour plus benefits; two years HR experience and call center background preferred; Korean/English bilingual preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR administration, payroll and business support experience.
• Knowledge of government regulations and HR best practices.
• Intermediate Excel and ERP HCM experience; Workday preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication with bold customer focus.
• Excellent service orientation with ability to manage multiple inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Act as first contact for HR inquiries across benefits, staffing, and compensation.
• Provide HR administrative support to COEs and business partners.
• Update and maintain employee data in the HCM system.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly HR reporting and SLA compliance.
• Document inquiries and escalate complex issues to SMEs.
