Job summary

Jerry.ai, a fast-growing AI-powered advisor for assets, seeks an HR Operations Generalist. You’ll own multi-state compliance, draft policies, and resolve payroll and benefits questions with judgment.

In a hands-on, small team, you’ll shape handbook updates, lead audits, and envision an AI-native HR ops function, expanding your scope over time. This is a full-time, salaried role with equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of real, hands-on HR generalist experience with payroll, benefits, and compliance.
• Genuine in-house, multi-state compliance experience.
• Comfortable in a small, high-intensity team and willing to build with AI.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-state compliance tracking and policy updates across employee classifications and pay ranges.
• Lead annual compliance audit and handbook refresh in your first 90 days.
• Escalated payroll, benefits, and leave questions that require judgment.
• Architect HR ops processes with an AI-native mindset to improve efficiency.
