Job summary

HL Mando America Corp is seeking an HR Generalist to support employee relations, compliance, recruitment, and onboarding in a fast-paced environment. You will drive performance management, data analytics, and training while upholding employment laws and confidentiality.

The role requires collaboration with leadership, process improvement, and hands-on HRIS/ADP usage to ensure accurate records and audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• Knowledge of immigration and visa processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with labor/employment laws and internal policies.
• Coordinate employee leave requests (e.g., FMLA, disability).
• Assist in employee relations and investigations.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation; maintain I-9 records.
• Facilitate performance management and coaching.
• Maintain HR data and generate monthly analytics.
• Support recruiting and collaboration with managers.
• Track training and compliance using HRIS/LMS systems.
• liaise with immigration counsel for H-1B and PERM processes.
