Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of Human Resources experience in a Generalist role with emphasis on recruiting, training, and performance management.
• At least 3 years of training experience with focus on corporate, employee development, and/or HR training.
• Ability to design engaging learning materials and programs.
• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), training software.

Responsabilités

• Lead HR Generalist responsibilities including recruitment, onboarding, employment compliance, and benefits communications.
• Design, implement, and deliver training programs for new hires and current employees to improve soft skills and organizational awareness.
• Lead and facilitate training sessions and HR orientation for individuals or groups.
• Assess training effectiveness using feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.
