Presbyterian Homes & Services - Walnut Ridge in Clive, IA, is seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager to join our site leadership team. This generalist role implements HR systems and processes that support campus operations while aligning with corporate HR policies.

You will lead recruiting, education and development, performance management, pay and benefits administration, and employee relations, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive work environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Two years of HR experience minimum; a 4-year degree in HR or related field.
• Experience across HR functions including employee relations, recruiting, and policy initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.
• Must align with PHS mission and values and be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Participate in planning and implementation of HR strategies at site level.
• Recruiting, education and development, performance management, pay and benefit administration, and employee relations.
• Develop monitoring systems to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Administer pay and benefit systems on campus.
• Implement corporate HR policy on campus.
