Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or demonstrated skills and experience.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform active recruitment, selection, and hiring for all positions, represent organization at job fairs, screen applications, coordinate testing, interview, background checks, offers and onboarding.
• Advise employees on benefits, policies, and employment laws while promoting positive relationships and growth.
• Lead staff in policy adherence, organizational guidelines, and corrective action processes as needed.
• Support safety through teaching practices, investigating incidents, and maintaining safety reports.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement projects within HR functions.
• Develop HR solutions by analyzing information and recommending actions.
• Stay current through education, publications, networking, and professional organizations.
• Assist in other duties as needed.
