Six Degrees Search collaborates with a Wheaton-based financial services firm to fill a hands-on HR Generalist role overseeing benefits, recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations. Competenze

• 3–10 years of progressive HR experience, flexible for candidates with the right mix of skills.
• Hands-on recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration experience.
• Preferred experience in financial services, banking, or related industries.
• Familiarity with HR systems, payroll processes, and employment compliance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a smaller organization with evolving responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Coordinate onboarding and new-hire orientation.
• Administer employee benefits programs and open enrollment.
• Work with brokers and carriers; maintain records; support compliance.
• Develop HR policies, processes, and workflows; improve efficiency.
• Support payroll administration and employee changes.
• Assist with office operations and special projects.
