Qualifications

• 3–10 years of progressive HR experience.
• Hands-on recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration.
• Experience in financial services preferred.
• Familiarity with HR systems and payroll processes.
• Experience working with benefits brokers and carriers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding, orientation, and documentation.
• Administer employee benefits programs and open enrollment processes.
• Maintain HR systems and employee records; support payroll changes.
• Develop and improve HR policies, workflows, and internal processes.
• Assist with vendor relationships and office operations.
