Job summary

ALOIS Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support employee benefits, leave administration, payroll, timekeeping, recruiting, and day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of payroll and benefits, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidentiality.

This role offers the opportunity to partner with HR and management teams in a manufacturing/ distribution

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience including payroll and LOA administration.
• Strong benefits and payroll knowledge.
• Proficient in Excel and HR reporting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefits enrollment and benefits presentations for new hires.
• Manage Leave of Absence (LOA) cases and return-to-work tracking.
• Support payroll operations, timekeeping, attendance, and paid leave administration.
• Assist with recruitment activities, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
• Handle unemployment claims, visa processing, and employee inquiries.
• Prepare HR, payroll, and benefits reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and management teams to ensure compliance and resolve employee concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and protect confidential employee information.
