Job summary

Ashbourne Enterprises in Louisville, KY is seeking an organized HR Coordinator to keep our people function running smoothly. You will manage employee records, produce reports for payroll and benefits, and move candidates through hiring so every new hire is set up before day one.

You will work across our hospitality, retail, and agricultural businesses, handling onboarding, terminations, and routine HR duties with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and timely communication.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years HR administration or related experience.
• Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
• Paycor and Paycor Recruiting experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's in HR or related field preferred.
• aPHR or SHRM-CP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Update employee records and HRIS promptly and audit-ready.
• Prepare and distribute HR, payroll, and benefits reports.
• Move candidates through hiring with phone screens and scheduling.
• Coordinate pre-boarding, onboarding paperwork, equipment, and access.
• Process terminations and coordinate system access removals.
• Follow SOPs and flag opportunities to improve accuracy and speed.
