Big Brown Fly Ash, LLC is seeking an HR Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, training, and compliance. This role partners with leadership to align HR policies with business goals and ensures a positive workplace culture.

The HR Generalist will collaborate with Operations, Safety, and Lab teams, handle HRIS data, benefits inquiries, and timekeeping processes while upholding confidentiality and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 2+ years HR experience.
• SHRM-CP/PHR certification a plus; strong HR law knowledge.
• Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems; confidentiality priority.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and policy updates.
