Salary Range: $68,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually
Primary Responsibilities:
Administer day-to-day HR operations (benefits/STD support, onboarding/offboarding, PTO/leave, employee data). Serve as trained operational backup to the HR Operations Manager. Manage the co-sourced compliance vendor relationship. Maintain HRIS data integrity and standard reporting.
Tasks Performed:
Required Education/Experience: High school diploma required, with a minimum of 3+ years of HR generalist experience across benefits, onboarding, and HRIS. Must be comfortable owning compliance-adjacent processes and vendor coordination.
Desired Education/Experience: PHR or SHRM-CP certification. Federal-contractor HR experience. ADP experience.
Allowable Experience/Education Substitutions: Education cannot be substituted.
Security Clearance Required: None required; must be a U.S. person able to work on-site at a cleared facility.
Pay Range: $68,000-$85,000. Salary will be set based on experience, education, and contractual requirements. This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of CRL's compensation package.
