The Human Resources Generalist at MRA Recruiting Services in Oak Creek, WI supports benefits administration, leave management, and employee relations across the full employee lifecycle.

Partner with managers to ensure legal compliance, administer HR programs, maintain accurate records, and provide proactive HR support to foster a positive workplace culture within the transportation industry context. Strong organizational skills and confidentiality are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of Human Resources experience with emphasis in benefits and leave administration.
• Experience in the transportation industry is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of benefits, FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation regulations, COBRA, HIPAA, and other employment laws.
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Benefits Administration: manage enrollment, changes, and eligibility across programs; liaison with carriers and administrators.
• Leave Administration: administer FMLA, ADA accommodations, and other leave programs; track requests and documentation.
• Support in Workers' Compensation, Employee Relations, Compliance and HR Administration.
