Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR or one year’s experience in HR is required.
• 4+ years’ experience in human resources is highly preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in benefits and compensation, preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in staffing and recruitment preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel.
• Conduct unemployment hearings and prepare necessary information for hearings.
• Process workers' compensation and guide employees through the process.
• Conduct onsite incident investigations related to on-the-job injuries.
• Respond to inquiries from government agencies regarding personnel information.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain records.
