Job summary

Glenmeadow is seeking a Human Resources Generalist who will support core HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, and policy implementation. This role contributes to a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial and Organizational Psychology or related field strongly preferred.
• At least 2 years of progressive human resources experience.
• Experience with employee relations, recruitment, and compliance required.
• HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR) preferred.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & onboarding support, including posting openings, screening, and onboarding/offboarding tasks.
• Maintain changes to employment status and confidential HR records in HRIS (ADP) and files.
• Assist benefits administration and leave claims, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate performance management processes and handle employee relations matters.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
• Monitor compliance with federal/state/local employment laws and assist in policy updates.
• Support training and development initiatives and track certifications.
