We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Brazil.

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment (60%):
    1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate communications, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.
    2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and team dynamics.
    3. Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communication.
    4. Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
  2. HR Generalist (30%):
    1. Assist in the development and implementation of HR processes and initiatives.
    2. Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
    3. Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
    4. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
  3. Sourcing (10%):
    1. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for technical and non-technical roles in both LATAM and NAM regions.
    2. Utilize various channels such as social media, job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
    3. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs around the globe.
    4. Conduct initial screenings and assess candidates' qualifications to ensure they meet job requirements.
Communication with Main HR Team:
  1. Maintain day-to-day communication with the main HR team based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
  2. Ensure alignment and collaboration on HR initiatives, recruitment strategies, and company policies.
  3. Participate in virtual meetings and provide updates on the progress of talent acquisition activities.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience (3+ years) in talent acquisition in a high-tech organization.
  2. Fluent in English and Spanish – A must.
  3. Strong understanding of global sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms and job boards.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining effective collaboration with the team.
  6. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  8. Knowledge of regional (LATAM and NAM) employment laws and regulations is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
