This is a fully remote role, offering exceptional autonomy, backed by industry-leading recruitment tech and dedicated back-office support.

About You

We’re particularly keen to hear from consultants who have at least 2 years of experience in financial recruitment, ideally working with SMEs or fast-growing startups. You’re someone who understands the fast pace, agility, and hands-on approach needed in these environments, and you thrive in it.

If you’re commercially sharp, comfortable working independently, and a confident communicator who loves the buzz of client development and candidate engagement, this could be the perfect opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a classic 360° recruitment role, covering both client and candidate responsibilities:

Candidate Focus

• Headhunt and engage top finance talent through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and your own network
• Screen, interview, and present candidates matched to client needs
• Offer guidance throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to post-placement support
• Manage offers, negotiate terms, and coordinate background checks

Client & Business Development Focus

• Introducing our services via video and telephone meetings with new and existing clients.
• Working on a warm list of clients Simply360 have worked with keeping relationship active.
• Offer consultative recruitment solutions, tailored to each client's unique growth stage and hiring goals
• Negotiate terms and manage client expectations professionally and effectively
• Use our proprietary tech stack to manage your desk with speed and efficiency

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 2+ years of financial recruitment experience, ideally placing into Creative industries or SMEs & start-ups
• A proactive, results-driven approach and strong self-discipline
• Confident communication skills – you’ll be spending most of your day on video and phone calls
• Exceptional organisational skills and CRM/database management
• A real passion for recruitment and a desire to grow within a supportive but ambitious environment
