Wyse Meter Solutions Inc. seeks an HR Advisor/Generalist to provide day-to-day HR support and partner with business units on talent development, payroll, performance, recruitment and organizational development.

The role requires 2–3 years of HR experience and a solid understanding of Ontario employment law. The successful candidate will engage with managers, handle employee relations, investigations, onboarding, and policy guidance while maintaining confidentiality and high professional

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2–3 years progressive HR generalist or advisory experience.
• Working knowledge of Ontario employment legislation (ESA, OHSA, Human Rights Code, AODA).
• Prior payroll processing experience preferred.
• CHRP designation or working toward CHRP/CHRL certification is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees, ensuring consistent application of HR policies and employment legislation.
• Partner with managers to address employee relations issues including performance, attendance and conduct concerns.
• Support investigations, maintain confidentiality, and ensure fair outcomes.
• Conduct Stay and Exit Interviews and recommend engagement strategies.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and integration programs.
• Assist with HR policies, audits, and compliance reviews.
• Coordinate performance development and LMS-based training programs.
