Celestica Inc. in Richardson, Texas seeks an HR Generalist to act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to management and employees. This role involves supporting talent management, employee relations, and organizational development while aligning with company objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, along with a SHRM or HRCI certification. Strong experience in HRIS systems and knowledge of labor laws are also required, ensuring the delivery of key HR initiatives successfully.
We are looking for a strategic and hands‑on Human Resources Business Partner to support a dedicated team of over 100 professional employees. This role is crucial for our site’s success, acting as a trusted advisor to management and employees alike. As the HR Business Partner, you’ll provide expert guidance and support on all people‑related matters. This includes talent management, employee relations, compensation, and organizational development, all while ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and driving key HR initiatives to help our teams thrive.
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
Strong integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality and apply absolute discretion to all matters, given the management of highly sensitive information.
Proven ability to act as a team player in a collaborative environment.
Initiative and willingness to tackle new challenges.
Multitasking abilities are an absolute must.
A keen attention to detail.
In‑depth knowledge of government regulations and extensive knowledge of labor laws.
Experience with HRIS systems. ADP experience is a plus.
Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal customers.
Ability to evaluate multiple highly detailed tasks, determine priorities, and organize work in a manner that allows for the timely completion of projects.
Knowledge of computer applications and the ability to accurately perform tasks in some or all of the following applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and the Google Suite.
Ability to effectively organize and motivate team members with a diverse group of skill sets.
Ability to conduct a thorough, timely, and unbiased internal investigation and provide practical recommendations.
