Qualifications

• Administrator-level experience with ADP.
• Payroll processing experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Must pass background check.
• Must like animals!

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to tailor HR solutions.
• Provide coaching on employee relations issues with discretion.
• Advise supervisors on staff performance and disciplinary matters.
• Support change management during transformation, restructuring, or policy changes.
• Ensure diversity and inclusion in culture and practices.
• Serve as point of contact for HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Provide site-specific reports and statistics for leadership.
• Support recruitment including sourcing, consultations, screening, onboarding.
• Facilitate new employee orientation within the first month.
• Assist in developing training and monthly training hours reports.
• Attend termination and disciplinary meetings as needed.
• Complete bi-weekly payroll processing and related reports.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS.
• Conduct HR investigations ensuring compassion and compliance.
• Assist in training development and monthly hours reports.
