Job summary

Boly Welch is seeking an HR Generalist for an on-site role in a manufacturing environment. You will provide HR support to all staff and leaders and assist the Payroll Manager with ADP payroll administration while supporting benefits and leave programs.

You will help manage employee communications, internal data, and policy administration, and participate in disciplinary actions, workers’ compensation coordination, and exit interviews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of experience using an HRIS.
• Experience using ADP for payroll processing.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support and counsel to all team members and leaders.
• Assist Payroll Manager in payroll administration (ADP) and benefits/leaves.
• Facilitate employee communication programs and manage internal data.
• Assist with policy administration and participate in disciplinary/termination meetings.
• Coordinate workers' compensation claims and administer leave of absence programs.
• Conduct exit interviews and support continuous improvement initiatives.

This manufacturing company is targeting an HR Generalist who will provide HR support and counsel to all company team members and leaders. You’ll also heavily assist the Payroll Manager in the administration of company payroll (ADP) in tandem with benefits and leave programs.

You will be instrumental in facilitating employee communication programs and managing internal data. Other essential functions include assisting with the administration of company policies, participating in disciplinary/termination meetings, coordinating workers’ compensation claims, administering leave of absence programs, and conducting exit interviews.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who provides excellent customer service, communicates well, and possesses both project management and team collaboration skills.

This is an on-site role.
