Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of employment practices, workplace policies, compliance, or personnel administration is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate professionalism, discretion, communication skills, and strong organizational ability are well positioned for success as an HR Generalist.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate professionally in person, by phone, email, and video conferencing.
• Ability to occasionally lift office materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to perform normal office duties while maintaining productivity throughout the workday.
