Responsibilities

• Verify qualifications, conduct reference checks, and support background screening processes.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data accurately.
• Assist with payroll-related employment transactions and salary changes.
• Support onboarding and employee training programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Provide administrative support for HR projects and employee programs.
• Assist with faculty equivalency review processes when needed.
