What You'll Do

As a Human Resource Generalist, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of human resources operations, employee onboarding, compliance administration, and employee support activities within a fast-paced and growing business environment. This position plays a key role in supporting HR and business operations by ensuring a positive employee experience, maintaining regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional service to applicants, new hires, and employees throughout the employment lifecycle.

• Manage and execute the full onboarding process for newly hired employees.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and new hires throughout the onboarding experience.
• Coordinate and monitor pre-employment activities, including background checks, drug screenings, and employment documentation.
• Support new hire orientation programs and educate employees on company policies, procedures, benefits, and workplace expectations.
• Process and audit I-9 forms, personnel records, background screening results, and onboarding documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to maintain confidential employee information, manage multiple priorities, and deliver exceptional customer service.
