Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist in Phoenix, AZ. This 100% on-site role supports unemployment claims, OSHA logs, workers comp, benefits, unions, verifications, and recruitment tasks in our Phoenix branch.

Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of HR experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm with a pay of $24.00/hour.

• Must have reliable communication and transportation.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

HR Generalist

Location: Phoenix, AZ (100% in Branch Office)

Days & Hours: Monday – Friday / 8:00am to 5:00pm

Pay: $24.00/hour

We have a GREAT OPPORTUNITY for an HR Generalist to help support our Phoenix, AZ branch office. This position is responsible for assisting the HR team with various tasks such as unemployment claims, guard card management, OSHA log management, workers comp, benefits, unions, employment verifications, leave of absences, recruitment support and other miscellaneous tasks that may arise.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have reliable means of communication & transportation.
• Must have the legal right to work in the USA.
• Must have the ability to read, speak and write English.
• Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have at least 1 year of HR experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Detail orientated and good organizational skills.
• Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug and background.
