Responsibilities

• Administer HR policies and procedures across the organization including staffing, employment processing, compensation, benefits, training and development, employee relations, retention, and compliance
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers
• Support performance management and talent development initiatives
• Assist with benefits administration and leave management
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Participate in HR projects and process improvements
• Conduct employee investigations, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions
• Promote a positive work culture and employee morale through initiatives
• Facilitate internal communications related to HR initiatives, events, and announcements

Responsibilities:

• Administer HR policies and procedures across the organization including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health benefits, training and development, employee relations, retention, record management, and compliance.
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers.

Qualifications:

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and confidentiality with limited direction.
