Jobot seeks a Senior HR Generalist (Bilingual Spanish) for our Lathrop, CA site to partner with manufacturing leaders, drive workforce planning, and lead employee relations in a fast-paced plant environment.
You will handle investigations, performance management, and leaves (FMLA/ADA/EEO/Wage & Hour), while ensuring HRIS data integrity and supporting onboarding and talent decisions across a 24/7 facility.
Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year
