Job summary

Jobot seeks a Senior HR Generalist (Bilingual Spanish) for our Lathrop, CA site to partner with manufacturing leaders, drive workforce planning, and lead employee relations in a fast-paced plant environment.

You will handle investigations, performance management, and leaves (FMLA/ADA/EEO/Wage & Hour), while ensuring HRIS data integrity and supporting onboarding and talent decisions across a 24/7 facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field required.
• Minimum 4+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong employee relations experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience conducting employee investigations and performance management.
• Experience administering leaves of absence (FMLA, ADA, EEO, Wage & Hour).
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office; bilingual in Spanish required.

• Lead employee relations initiatives and resolve workplace issues.
• Conduct employee investigations.
• Administer performance management processes.

• Drive employee engagement initiatives and support 24/7 operations.

Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 4+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Strong Employee Relations experience is required.
• Manufacturing or other high-volume production environment experience preferred.
• Experience conducting employee investigations.
• Experience with performance management.
• Experience administering leaves of absence.
• Strong understanding of FMLA
• Strong understanding of ADA
• Strong understanding of EEO
• Strong understanding of Wage & Hour laws
• Experience using HRIS systems.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with leaders while balancing employee advocacy and business objectives.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
