Job summary

Hudson is seeking a Field HR Specialist for our Dallas Love Field Airport operations. The role handles tactical HR tasks, supports recruiting, training, onboarding, and maintains HR records within the branch.

You will communicate HR initiatives, apply laws and policies, assist investigations, and help foster positive relations with associates and management while reporting to the HR Manager.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of administrative HR experience.
• Coursework toward HR certification or knowledge of HR best practices.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and policy documents.
• Strong HR knowledge and ability to prepare documents and reports.
• Experience with HRMS systems; PeopleSoft is a plus.
• Working at Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL).

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing a positive HR presence with associates and management within the branch.
• Apply federal, state, and local laws, CBAs, and HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate / facilitate HR investigations.
• Support the full recruitment process including posting positions and coordinating interviews.
• Respond to associate inquiries related to pay, PTO, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee files and HR data in HRMS systems and related records.
• Coordinate and deliver new hire orientation.
• Promote positive associate and labor relations.
