The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of HR admin experience, familiarity with HRMS systems, and knowledge of HR best practices. This non-exempt position reports to the HR Manager and offers competitive compensation and growth

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of administrative experience in a Human Resources function/environment.
• Coursework towards HR certification or demonstrated understanding of HR best practices.
• Ability to read, understand, and convey policy documents and instructions.
• Familiarity with HRMS systems; PeopleSoft a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish a positive HR presence with associates and management within the branch.
• Apply federal, state, and local HR laws, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and facilitate HR investigations and processes.
• Support recruitment: postings, screenings, interviews, onboarding, and scheduling badges.
• Assist in new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee files and HR data in HRMS systems; ensure documentation accuracy.
• Promote positive associate and labor relations.
