Job summary

CommuniCare Health Services is seeking a Mobile Employee Life Cycle (HR) Manager to lead recruitment, engagement, and compliance across multiple centers. This remote role requires travel to meetings and support for Cincinnati, OH area centers as needed.

The candidate will oversee staffing, engage stakeholders, and drive people-focused initiatives in a fast-growing health care environment. Experience in healthcare, ATS systems, and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• A degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Certification as SPHR/SHRM preferred.
• 2+ years' experience in Human Resources managing personnel.
• Minimum 2 years' experience Recruiting.
• Prior experience in Healthcare required; Long Term Care experience preferred.
• Prior experience with ATS systems required.
• Strong public speaking and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment regulations
• Detail oriented, excellent writing, grammar and communication skills
