D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Division Human Resource Manager to handle all HR and payroll activities at the division level and serve as liaison with Corporate. The role includes recruitment, new hire processing, benefits management, and employee relations to support a Fortune 500 company.

The candidate will oversee payroll, benefits enrollments, salary actions, and compliance with HR regulations, while supervising administrative staff and coordinating with managers across divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 3–5 years related experience or equivalent.
• Experience with payroll processing and benefits Open Enrollment.
• Knowledge of HR regulations and policies.

Responsibilities

• Handle all HR and payroll aspects at the division level.
• Support recruitment and new hire processing.
• Assist managers with disciplinary actions and policy guidance.
• Process salary increases, bonuses, transfers, promotions and terminations.
• Maintain vacation calendars and notify managers of balances.
• Administer workers' compensation and HR regulations compliance.
• Train staff and supervise administrative personnel.
