The role acts as liaison between Corporate and Division and handles employee relations issues. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed in relevant field (see education).
• Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• In office—Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and new hire processing at division level.
• Assist managers with employee concerns on disciplinary action.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and HR regulations.
• Conduct benefits open enrollment meetings and answer benefits questions.
• Manage division payroll, timesheets, paychecks, and salary actions.
• Maintain vacation calendars and notify managers of balances.
• Administer workers' compensation for the division.
• Train staff and supervise administrative personnel.
