Job summary

Paylocity is seeking an experienced HR leader to drive talent acquisition, on-boarding, and workforce development across a 200+ team in Illinois. You will design and oversee training, maintain records for ISO 9001:2015, and partner with management to align HR strategies with business goals.

Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll oversight, safety programs, and reporting on retention and turnover.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of HR-related education or work experience with 200+ workforce.
• Hands-on experience designing and delivering workforce training programs, including maintaining training records and measuring results.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, decision making, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles, sourcing strategy and venues, job postings, pre-screening of applicants, structured interviews, offer coordination, and internal job posting process.
• Designs, implements and manages the company-wide training and development program, including new-hire training, job-skills and cross-training plans by department, safety training, and business-system training in partnership with function leaders.
• Oversees payroll process to ensure accurate and timely pay.
• Maintains and updates job descriptions and organizational charts.
• Ensures compliance with EEO, ADA, FMLA, OSHA and other regulations.
