Job summary

Paylocity, a leading cloud-based HR and payroll software provider, is seeking a Senior Manager Learning & Development Ops based in Schaumburg, IL. This in-office role leads the design and delivery of product and client training, developing engaging modules and job aids to support administrators, employees, managers, and Paylocity teams.

You will manage the L&D team, align training with go-to-market strategies, and partner with Product, Operations, and Service to drive adoption and measurable

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years managing or leading a Learning & Development team.
• 7+ years training/design experience and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of product and client training deliverables.
• Develop engaging training solutions, modules, and performance support tools.
• Manage the learning and development team and align initiatives with business goals.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Service to ensure timely learning programs.
