Job summary

Complete Care is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to oversee daily HR operations within a skilled nursing facility. The role requires hands-on leadership and a solid understanding of HR in long-term care.

Ideal candidates will have prior SNF/LTC HR experience, strong knowledge of employment laws, and proven ability to partner with facility leadership on staffing, retention, and employee engagement. This is a full-time on-site role in New Jersey.

Qualifications
