Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to oversee daily HR operations within a skilled nursing facility. This hands-on role requires strong leadership and a solid understanding of HR in a long-term care setting.

Prior SNF/LTC HR experience is required. The Director will partner with facility leadership to support staffing, retention, and employee engagement, while ensuring compliance with employment laws and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years HR leadership in SNF/LTC setting.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
• Partner with facility leadership to support staffing, retention, and employee engagement.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and healthcare regulations.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and oversee HR audits.
• Coordinate employee benefits, leave administration, and HR-related processes.
• Support payroll and timekeeping processes.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and strong employee communication.
