Job summary

Medtronic plc, headquartered in Minneapolis, MN, seeks a Product Owner for HR Digital Specialized Solutions to lead learning technologies strategy and AI-enabled capabilities globally. This role sits in the HR Digital COE and owns product vision, roadmap, and delivery across enterprise learning platforms.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, privacy, and vendors to drive adoption, measure impact, and continuously improve the learner experience with scalable digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience OR advanced degree with 5+ years in HR tech or related field.
• Experience owning product roadmaps, backlogs and lifecycle management for enterprise tech.
• Experience gathering stakeholder requirements and prioritizing initiatives by value/risk/feasibility.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a global organization.
• Experience defining and measuring product performance via metrics and outcomes.
• U.S. work authorization sponsorship at Principal level and above.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, roadmap, and backlog strategies for learning solutions.
• Translate learner, manager, administrator, and stakeholder needs into measurable outcomes.
• Lead product lifecycle activities: discovery, requirements, delivery, launch, adoption, retirement.
• Establish success measures, KPIs, and value realization metrics.
• Prioritize demand intake based on learner impact, alignment, feasibility and risk.
• Partner with HR, IT, privacy, security, vendors, and operations to deliver capabilities.
• Govern vendor relationships and ensure roadmap alignment.
