Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Manager of HR Technology to lead and optimize Talent Products, oversee Workday operations, ensure data integrity, and drive continuous improvement in HR systems and processes.

You will partner with HR stakeholders, guide a team of HR Technology Product Owners, and shape the technology roadmap across recruiting, onboarding, learning, talent management, and performance.

Formación

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• Experience in HR Technology, HRIS, HR Product Management or related tech function.
• Experience leading technology initiatives and partnering with HR and business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR technology strategy and product roadmaps across Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Talent Management and Performance.
• Provide strategic leadership for Workday and broader talent technology ecosystem.
• Lead HR Technology Product Owners and set priorities, roadmaps and development opportunities.
• Partner with HR leaders to translate business needs into technology capabilities.
• Drive innovation with new Workday functionality, AI, automation and emerging HR tech.
