Job summary

ADP is seeking a Director, Enterprise Learning Platforms to lead the enterprise product management for ADP’s learning ecosystem, including LMSs, internal apps, and learner-facing AI tools. You will set the roadmap, govern vendor relationships, and partner across Learning Operations and IT to deliver scalable, compliant, data-driven learning experiences globally.

You will manage a matrixed organization, drive continuous improvement, and ensure platform outcomes align with enterprise learning

Qualifications

• 10+ years of demonstrated experience leading product-oriented platform strategy for enterprise platforms.
• 3+ years of demonstrated people leadership experience managing analysts and/or technical specialists.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise roadmap for ADP’s learning platforms and applications.
• Own portfolio prioritization and investment recommendations for build, buy, or retire decisions.
• Lead platform governance, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop the Learning Platforms team and set standards for the function.
• Ensure learning data structures support analytics, personalization, and reporting.
• Partner with Learning Operations, Instructional Design, and Delivery leaders to align roadmaps.
