Job summary

Power Design is seeking a People Operation Coordinator to manage HR data in Workday, develop reports and dashboards, and support stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT. The role emphasizes data integrity, governance, and continuous improvement of HR systems.

The ideal candidate has a data analytics background, strong Excel skills, and experience with Workday or BI tools, plus excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, information systems, HR, or related field.
• 1+ years in HR data analytics, HRIS administration, or BI.
• Proficient Excel with pivot tables and data visualization.
• Experience with Workday preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain employee data within Workday, ensuring accuracy.
• Create, update, and validate Workday reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to resolve data issues.
• Provide analytical insights and workforce metrics for decision-making.
• Audit HR and payroll data for integrity and compliance.
• Support Workday enhancements, testing, and data migrations.
• Document data processes and data governance procedures.
• Translate business needs into technical data solutions.
• Assist with data security and user access in HR systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
