Job summary

Houston Methodist is seeking a Compensation HR Analyst to support the compensation team with data-driven insights and efficient workflow execution. You will generate analytical reports, identify trends, and present recommendations to management based on thorough data analysis.

The role also involves assisting SMEs with data integrity, system testing, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and data flows across HR and compensation functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or additional four years of experience (in lieu of degree)
• Three years project management, information technology, business intelligence, decision science or related experience

Responsibilities

• Supports the Compensation team and its clients through simple to moderately complex workflow processes.
• Generates analytical reports, identifies data trends, and presents recommendations to management based on data analysis.
• Assists subject matter experts with maintaining data integrity and testing systems
• Analyzes data flows to identify process improvement opportunities
