Job summary

Houston Methodist is seeking an Compensation HR Analyst to support the Compensation team through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. You will generate reports, identify trends, present recommendations, and help maintain data integrity across systems while assisting with testing and stakeholder communications.

The role emphasizes partnering with HR leaders to optimize workflows, improve data quality, and deliver timely insights for management decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Three years of project management, IT, BI, or related experience.
• Strong data integrity and data analysis skills.
• Experience generating analytical reports and presenting to management.

Responsibilities

• Generates analytical reports and identifies data trends for management.
• Maintains data integrity across systems and supports end-user needs.
• Assists with system testing and analyzes data flows for improvements.
• Serves as a super-user and primary contact within the area.
• Partners with stakeholders to optimize HR processes and reporting.
